Natural Restoration is a locally owned, home restoration and mold removal contractor serving the Raleigh / Durham area owned by Tom &  Nicole Hessler.  We’ve been removing mold and other contaminants from homes and businesses by using our environmentally safe method. As a successful engineer for 25-plus years, Tom Hessler never had a burning desire to start a remediation business. Tom Hessler evaluated the home I was selling pursuant to the buyer's inspection report that indicated the presence of mold in the crawlspace and requestor removal of same. Of the four quotes I received from different mold abatement companies, his was the most all-inclusive and cost effective. Because of his competitive pricing and attention to detail, I subsequently had him come out and evaluate a moisture issue in my elderly mother's residence crawlspace. After inspecting it, he advised me that her crawlspace appeared to be in excellent shape and recommended that we perform no moisture or mold remedial action, thereby eliminating any source of revenue for him regarding my mother's house. This reinforced my opinion that he is an honest business man and that he's not out to take advantage of others.

Trust these guys. I had a bunch of different estimates done. The answer to the question, “Do I have mold?” should not be subjective. Half the companies inspecting said, “No I see none, but maybe worth investigating more in 1 or 2 places and it’s going to cost you thousands and thousands, and half said “It’s everywhere, go nuclear!!” Tom the owner was awesome and got granular costing out the job and gave me choices; it wasn’t all or nothing. He, his project manager Frank and the techs Josh, Josh and Erin helped me find pragmatic and economical solutions and educated me too. Example: the others all wanted to cut into my wall but Josh found some creative solutions to get visibility behind the drywall going through the ceiling and accessing a panel - I was all clear. The crew was on time and finished in about 5 hours. The staff was courteous, clean and respectful of my home.
